From the moment you enter the door of this beautifully decorated condo you’ll realize you have truly found a Hawaiian “island retreat” where you can relax and enjoy the ever-changing views of the Pacific Ocean.

Sunbathe by the ocean front pool, relax in a comfortable lounge chair on the lush tropical lawn, swim and snorkel right off the sandy beach, walk for miles along the ocean shoreline and enjoy the crystal clear waters of Maalea Bay.

We take pride in creating a comfortable atmosphere for our vacationers and invite you to experience the "good life" on Maui. There is central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cordless phones, DVD/VCR, Stereo/CD and a library of music, games and movies.

From the lanai of #205, you will be able to enjoy all the pleasures of the ocean; canoe racing, colorful sunsets, sailboats and charter yachts, wind surfing, breeching whales in season, sea turtles and the relaxing sound of the crashing surf.

The bedroom has the theme of an "island paradise" with a comfortable, romantic, tropical decor. The bed is a California King with pillow top mattress, memory foam and luxury linens. There is a flat screen TV, alarm clock radio and cordless phone.

Enjoy a unique “island style” atmosphere when you prepare food in the fully equipped kitchen and serve it on colorful, tropical design dishware. A large glass vase perfect for exotic flowers makes a very special centerpiece that completes the dining experience

Kihei Beach is located on Sugar Beach, adjacent to Ma'alaea Bay where the warm waters of the bay have long been calving waters for humpback whales every year. Enjoy the exciting sight of sea turtles and breaching whales (in season)

The Canoe Club located next to Kihei Beach frequently launches canoe races. The teamwork and skill of the paddlers is fun to watch as it takes you back in time to the old traditions and culture of the Hawaiians.
 

Sugar Beach is a beautiful, six-mile white sand beach perfect for long walks (the longest beach in the state of Hawaii). The waters off Sugar Beach are a favorite spot for green sea turtles.
